Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, and Addition ($250M+ raised). **The Role** Join the Platform and Infrastructure team to build the scalable, secure backbone enabling distributed AI applications. You'll work on both control plane (cluster orchestration, scheduling, access) and data plane (high-performance execution), designing systems that scale from laptop to enterprise clusters. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and scale services orchestrating Ray clusters across cloud and on-prem environments • Optimize control plane components for large-scale distributed AI/ML workloads • Build intelligent scheduling and resource management for heterogeneous compute clusters • Enhance reliability, performance, scalability, and observability of managed Ray workloads • Optimize accelerator integration (GPUs, TPUs) and container image management • Participate in design discussions and provide on-call infrastructure support • Collaborate with distributed systems and ML experts **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience • 3+ years writing high-quality production code • Experience building highly available, scalable distributed systems • Expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes • Deep understanding of networking, security, and authentication in cloud environments • Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana) • Proficiency in Go and Python • Knowledge of Linux kernel, file systems, and containers **Equal Opportunity Employer** Anyscale evaluates candidates without regard to protected characteristics and is an E-Verify company.
