**Senior IT Systems Engineer** **About the Role** Fullstory is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to own the tools and systems that keep the company running: identity, device management, collaboration platforms, and automation. You'll work across a wide range of technologies and problems, moving fast and picking up new tools quickly. **Typical Responsibilities** • Administer Okta and build automation in Okta Workflows (SSO, provisioning, group-based triggers) • Own the MacOS fleet in Iru or similar MDM (blueprints, compliance scripting, API-driven automation) • Write and maintain bash and Python scripts for packaging, endpoint automation, and compliance • Administer Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira) and debug automation • Stand up and maintain AI tooling in the enterprise stack (MCP connectors, self-service scripts, compliance) **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years in IT systems engineering or administration • Hands-on Okta administration experience, ideally with Okta Workflows • Experience with MacOS MDM platform (Iru, Jamf, or similar) including API scripting • Administrative experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) • Scripting ability in Python and Bash • Real, hands-on experience integrating AI tools into enterprise workflows • Bachelor's degree in a related field **Compensation & Benefits** • Base Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 USD (based on experience and qualifications) • Discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary • Flexible PTO and annual company closure • Professional development and learning subsidy • Monthly productivity stipend • Paid parental leave and bereavement leave **Work Arrangement** Hybrid - One day per week in-office at Atlanta office.
