**Software Engineer, Integrations Platform, Vanta For Government (V4G)** **About the Role** Join Vanta's Integrations Platform team to build the trust automation ecosystem for the US Government Cloud. You'll design and own full-stack features, platform primitives, and integrations that power federal compliance automation across AWS, Azure, GCP, Identity Providers, MDM, and HRIS systems. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and build full-stack features and reusable platform primitives • Deploy, operate, and maintain integrations in Vanta's Government Cloud with monitoring and incident response • Contribute to authentication, data-ingestion, and schema-evolution services • Partner with federal subject-matter experts on continuous-monitoring detectors • Build secure, scalable services with TypeScript, React, and Node.js • Improve performance, operational excellence, and SDLC practices **Required Qualifications** • 6+ years full-stack development building reliable, scalable systems • Strong platform and API design experience (REST, OAuth, JWT, security best practices) • Data integration experience (Cloud Providers, HRIS, Identity Providers) • Systems thinking with focus on scale, reliability, and failure modes • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Interest in security and compliance • **Must reside in and work exclusively from the United States** • **Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship** **Preferred Qualifications** • Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA • Experience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or GCP • Startup or bias-for-action environment experience **What We Offer** • Competitive salary and equity • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage • 16 weeks fully-paid parental leave • Health & wellness stipend • Remote workspace stipend • 401(k) matching with immediate vesting • Flexible PTO + 80 hours sick time • 11 company-paid holidays **About Vanta** Vanta helps businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification.
