**LMS Technical Administrator (Contract, Part Time)** **About Saronic Technologies** Leader in revolutionizing autonomy at sea, developing state-of-the-art solutions for maritime operations. **Key Responsibilities** • **Cornerstone Administration** – Configure and maintain Cornerstone LMS, manage security roles, permissions, organizational structure, and system settings • **Release Management** – Review release notes, assess impact, test in staging, and communicate changes to L&D team • **Integrations & Support** – Manage platform integrations (HRIS feeds, SSO, third-party systems) and resolve escalated technical issues • **Content Troubleshooting** – Diagnose SCORM/AICC package errors, tracking failures, and playback issues • **Reporting & Dashboards** – Build and maintain standard/custom reports and self-service dashboards for stakeholders • **Documentation** – Maintain system documentation for knowledge transfer at engagement end **Required Qualifications** ✓ 3+ years hands-on LMS technical administration (configuration, permissions, reporting) ✓ Demonstrated Cornerstone (CSOD) administration experience ✓ LMS integration troubleshooting experience (HRIS, SSO) ✓ Working knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards ✓ Ability to work independently part-time with strong documentation skills ✓ Excellent written communication ✓ U.S. Person status required **Preferred Qualifications** ◦ Cornerstone certification or implementation/migration experience ◦ LMS administration in manufacturing, industrial, or field-based environments ◦ Compliance and certification tracking configuration ◦ Training compliance reporting in regulated/safety-critical environments ◦ Cornerstone Edge or API tooling experience **Note:** U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled information.
