We’re scaling fast, defining a new category in real time, and building a generational company at a true inflection point. ### Role Overview Harvey runs on a fleet of Macs and Windows devices—each one is the front door to how employees do their work. We’re seeking a **Senior Systems Engineer** to own **client engineering end to end**, including: - **Jamf** - **Intune / Autopilot** - **Okta device trust** - and the automation that ties it all together You’ll decide how laptops are **built, secured, patched, recovered, and retired**, and ensure those decisions hold up as we scale across offices globally. ### What You’ll Do - **Own the endpoint platform**: Jamf Pro (macOS), Intune/Autopilot (Windows), and the mobile fleet. Set configuration standards, patching cadence, and compliance baselines with Security. - **Engineer the device lifecycle**: Zero-touch provisioning (Apple Business Manager + Autopilot), automated onboarding/offboarding, hardware refreshes, DLP, and forensics. Replace “remember to do it” steps with code. - **Build the automation the fleet runs on**: Python/scripts against Jamf, Intune, and Okta APIs; event-driven workflows; self-service so employees can fix their own problems. - **Partner with Security on endpoint posture**: Endpoint policies, EDR coverage, device trust/Okta FastPass, disk encryption & key escrow, browser management, and more. - **Be the final escalation for endpoint issues**: IT Ops handles tier 1–2 globally; you’ll resolve the unusual problems and improve the underlying class of issue. - **Support a global, in-person-heavy company**: Build for multiple time zones (US, EMEA, APAC) and document/train so each location can resolve issues independently. ### What You Have Minimum 5 years in endpoint/client device management (details truncated in the provided description).
