You'll translate enterprise workflows into concrete software specs and guide engineering teams through solutions—or build them yourself. **Key Responsibilities** • Advising: Agent architecture design, evaluation strategy, production guidance • Building: Co-build with customer teams across the Agent Development Lifecycle • Embedding: Serve as deployed engineer inside customer teams for extended engagements • Agent Engineering: Full ADLC, architecture design, orchestration, evals, custom UIs, deployment • Applied AI: Post-training, fine-tuning, trace mining, model selection **Requirements** • 4+ years software engineering with deep Python expertise (TypeScript/JavaScript a plus) • 2+ years hands-on building and shipping production agent systems • Strong client-facing communication skills • Deep experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Deep Agents or comparable frameworks • Experience designing evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic AI systems • Comfortable with advisory to embedded delivery models **Nice to Have** • Dataset curation and post-training techniques (SFT, DPO, RLHF) • Trace mining experience **Compensation & Benefits** $150,000–$215,000 base + equity Medical, dental, vision, flexible vacation, 401(k), meals on in-office days
