**Analytics Engineer, GTM** **About the Role** Join the Data team within Go-to-Market to build a data-driven culture and advance strategic initiatives through analytics. This full-stack data role spans data modeling, metric definition, visualization, analysis, and self-service tooling. **Key Responsibilities** • Partner with GTM teams to identify high-impact questions and translate business needs into data models and scalable solutions • Define, source, validate, and operationalize metrics that guide business decisions • Lead cross-functional data projects and set data strategy for new business areas • Build scalable data models and pipelines integrating multiple data sources • Create dashboards, reports, and analytical tools enabling self-service analytics • Own the full lifecycle of metrics and data products from exploration through production • Turn complex findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences **What We're Looking For** • 10+ years of experience in data roles within fast-moving organizations • Deep SQL expertise and experience with large datasets and ETL workflows • Proficiency in Python or similar quantitative programming language • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and custom visualization frameworks • Strong ability to structure ambiguous, high-impact problems independently • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Track record of delivering significant business impact in GTM functions • Ability to exercise strong judgment on prioritization and investment levels **About OpenAI** OpenAI is an AI research and deployment company dedicated to ensuring general-purpose AI benefits all of humanity.
