**Principal Solutions Architect - AI/ML, Services Delivery** **About the Role** Join Snowflake's Services Delivery team as a Principal Solutions Architect to help customers expand their use of the Snowflake Data Cloud and bring AI/ML pipelines from ideation to full production. You'll design tailored solutions, coordinate with customer teams and Systems Integrators, and provide technical leadership to ensure successful outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** • Be a technical expert on Snowflake's AI/ML capabilities and provide customers with best practices • Work with customers to understand use cases, discover requirements, and architect Snowflake-centric solutions • Build, deploy, and optimize AI/ML pipelines using Snowflake features and ecosystem tools • Develop POCs using SQL, Python, and Cortex AI to demonstrate implementation techniques • Ensure knowledge transfer and customer enablement for independent capability extension • Maintain expertise in competitive and complementary AI/ML technologies • Support Services Delivery team development and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing **Required Qualifications** • Minimum 5 years in pre-sales or post-sales technical customer roles • Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences • Deep understanding of generative AI, agent lifecycles, and ML workflows • Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Hands-on experience with SQL and Python, Java, or Scala • Familiarity with ML libraries (Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, SciKit-Learn, LangChain, etc.) • University degree in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent **Bonus Skills** • Databricks/Apache Spark experience • ETL pipeline implementation • Enterprise software success • Vertical expertise (FSI, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.) **What We're Looking For** AI-native thinkers with curiosity, low ego, and an experimental mindset.
