With $125M in Series B funding, the platform includes LangSmith (observability, evaluation, deployment) and open-source frameworks serving 100M+ monthly downloads and 6,000+ active customers. **The Role** Join the Professional Services team to work directly with enterprise customers building reliable, production agents. You'll translate enterprise workflows into concrete software specs and guide or build solutions alongside customer engineering teams. **Key Responsibilities** • Advising on agent architecture design, evaluation strategy, and production best practices • Co-building with customer teams across the full Agent Development Lifecycle • Embedded delivery as a deployed engineer inside customer organizations • Agent engineering: architecture, orchestration, evals, UIs, and deployment • Applied AI: post-training, fine-tuning, model selection, and evaluation methodology **Requirements** • 4+ years software engineering experience with deep Python expertise (TypeScript/JavaScript a plus) • 2+ years hands-on building and shipping production agent systems • Strong client-facing communication skills with technical stakeholders • Deep experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Deep Agents or comparable frameworks • Expertise designing evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic AI systems • Comfortable with advisory to embedded delivery models **Nice to Have** • Dataset curation and post-training techniques (SFT, DPO, RLHF) • Trace mining for continuous improvement **Compensation & Benefits** $150,000–$215,000 base + equity | Medical, dental, vision | Flexible vacation | 401(k) | Meals on in-office days
