Shape the product and roadmap with immediate impact. • Grow the team and culture: Form the defining DNA for company culture as an early member. • Set up foundational frameworks: Build design systems and process-driven systems that enable scaling. **What You'll Do** • Contribute to Socket web application development end-to-end • Work with design team to develop elegant, delightful user interfaces • Write APIs to deliver data from multiple sources • Extract and transform data from 3rd party APIs • Help shape roadmap and plan agile sprints • Be key part of hiring and team growth decisions **What You'll Bring** • Experience in 0-1 early stage roles • Production web application design and implementation experience • API and relational database (Postgres) experience • Proficiency: Node.js, JavaScript, React, TypeScript • Ability to learn new technologies quickly • Bonus: GraphQL, ElasticSearch, Headless browsers, data pipelines **Interview Process** 1.
