**Forward Deployed Engineer - RiskOS Agents** **About the Role** Help move AI-assisted workflows from promising ideas to trusted production systems. Work directly with large strategic customers and partners, owning the path from discovery and technical scoping to system design, build, deployment, evaluation, and adoption. **Key Responsibilities** • Build with strategic customers and partners across enterprises, public sector, marketplaces, and fintechs • Own deployments from prototype to production, leading discovery through adoption • Translate customer policies and processes into RiskOS workflows and agent behaviors • Write code, configure systems, and integrate with customer infrastructure when needed • Evaluate and improve agentic workflows through testing, evals, and observability • Prove measurable customer value in speed, accuracy, productivity, and operational control • Surface product gaps and convert learnings into reusable templates and capabilities **What You Bring** • 4+ years in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or similar hands-on technical roles • Strong experience with APIs, integrations, workflow logic, data mappings, and production systems • Proven ability to take ambiguous problems from discovery to production • Direct experience working with enterprise customers or strategic partners • Product-minded engineering judgment and systems thinking • High agency and comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving environments • Technical skills: Python, SQL, APIs, cloud services, LLM workflows, tool calling, or agentic systems **Preferred Experience** • Deploying AI/ML/LLM systems in production • Background in fraud, risk, identity verification, KYC, AML, or compliance operations • Experience with workflow orchestration, case management, or decisioning platforms • Work with large financial institutions, government agencies, or complex enterprise customers **Year One Success Looks Like** • Strategic customers live with AI-assisted workflows solving operational problems • Deployed workflows showing measurable value in investigations, review burden, and productivity • Customer learnings converted into reusable templates and product requirements • Clearer repeatable motion for deploying agentic workflows across operations
