You'll co-architect production AI agents, own technical wins in pre-sales, help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications, and surface field feedback to guide product direction. **What You'll Do** • Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams • Own technical wins in pre-sales through POCs and evaluations • Help customers deploy conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows • Advise on architecture, best practices, and roadmap decisions • Build demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences • Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns and example code • Interface with engineering, product, and design teams • 40% travel to customer sites **What You'll Bring** • 1-3 years in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or founding engineering • Strong Python, JavaScript, and systems fundamentals • Hands-on experience building and deploying agent-based or LLM-powered applications • Strong technical communication and builder credibility • Excited to work directly with customers during POCs and technical evaluations • Bias toward action and shipping **Nice to Have** • Deployed AI agents in production with LangChain/LangGraph • Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails • Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, Kubernetes • Shipped and operated production software **Compensation & Benefits** $160,000-$175,000 USD + equity, medical/dental/vision, flexible vacation, 401(k), meals on in-office days
