**ServiceNow Developer** **About Saronic Technologies** Leader in revolutionizing autonomy at sea, developing state-of-the-art solutions for maritime operations through autonomous and intelligent platforms. **Role Overview** Platform ownership role focused on process efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption. Own end-to-end deployment of solutions from scoping and design through development, testing, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** • Primary developer and administrator for ServiceNow platform across enterprise • Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs • Build and manage Flow Designer flows, Subflows, and Actions • Administer Update Sets and manage change promotion across Dev, Test, and Production • Design and deploy IntegrationHub spokes for enterprise integrations • Build REST/SOAP integrations with internal and third-party systems • Configure and mature Change Management, CMDB, and Hardware Asset Management modules • Administer Discovery, MID Server, and Service Mapping • Design Service Catalog items and Record Producers • Enforce ACLs and RBAC for data protection • Provide Tier 3 support and escalation point for platform incidents **Required Qualifications** • 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and administration • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server/client-side scripting • Experience with ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog • Experience with ITOM modules: Discovery, CMDB, MID Server, Service Mapping • Hardware or IT Asset Management configuration experience • Flow Designer or Workflow Editor automation experience • REST/SOAP integration knowledge • Strong ITIL process understanding • Independent work capability and clear communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) • IntegrationHub and custom spoke development experience • CMDB governance and CSDM maturity experience • IT security/compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST SP 800-171) • ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) • Performance Analytics and KPI dashboard development • Defense, federal, or regulated IT environment experience **Benefits** • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance (100% employee/80% dependent premiums) • Generous PTO and Holidays • Paid Parental Leave • Competitive Salary with Performance Bonuses • 401(k) with Company Match • Stock Options • Life and Disability Insurance • Pet Insurance • Free Lunch and Unlimited Snacks/Drinks **Note:** U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled information.
