**Senior Engineering Manager, Deployment** **About the Role:** Crusoe Cloud is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager, Deployment to lead the organization responsible for physically and logically bringing our global network online. You will own the deployment team's people, process, and delivery across a growing portfolio of concurrent global builds. **Key Responsibilities:** • Build and lead the deployment organization across multiple sites and time zones • Own deployment automation strategy and adoption (ZTP, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines) • Manage on-time, zero-defect delivery across concurrent site build-outs • Partner with technical leadership to translate strategy into execution • Run executive-level reporting and risk escalation • Set and enforce SLAs with vendors and partners • Champion validation rigor and site acceptance testing standards • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and post-incident reviews • Define and maintain frontend and backend network reference architectures **What You'll Bring:** • 10+ years in network engineering or data center deployment • 4+ years managing engineers or engineering managers in large-scale infrastructure • Proven track record building and scaling high-performing technical teams • Strong technical fluency in physical layer standards, leaf-spine fabric, and protocols (BGP, EVPN-VXLAN, LLDP) • Working understanding of Python, Ansible, ZTP, and CI/CD patterns • Experience with vendor/partner SLA management at scale • Strong executive communication skills • Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent hyperscale/ISP experience **Compensation & Benefits:** $230,000 - $280,000 + Bonus | RSUs | Comprehensive health/dental/vision | 401(k) match | Paid parental leave | Professional development | Mental health support | And more **Equal Opportunity Employer**
