As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack - from electrons to tokens - to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. **About the Role:** We're seeking a Staff Enterprise Technology Administrator, Engineering Systems to serve as the senior technology owner for Crusoe Manufacturing's Engineering Systems domain. You'll own the PLM platform strategy, CAD-PLM integration, and engineering data management with a focus on BOM governance and engineering change management. **Key Responsibilities:** • Administer PLM platform end-to-end (configuration, workflows, user management, access controls) • Own item/part master and part-numbering framework within PLM • Configure and govern engineering and manufacturing bills of materials (EBOM/MBOM) • Administer engineering change management (ECR/ECN/ECO) workflows • Own PLM-to-ERP integration for item, BOM, and change data • Manage CAD data management and integration (mechanical and electrical) • Serve as senior technology partner to Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Quality leadership • Drive multi-year technology roadmap for Engineering Systems domain • Mentor less-senior administrators and maintain system documentation **What You'll Bring:** • 8+ years in enterprise systems administration, PLM, or engineering-data roles • 4+ years hands-on experience administering a PLM platform (Teamcenter, Windchill, Arena, or similar) • Working knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, BOM management, and engineering change control • Understanding of PLM-ERP integration • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities **Bonus Points:** Active Siemens Teamcenter certification, EBOM/MBOM experience, ERP administration, CAD tools experience, iPaaS platform exposure, SOC 2 compliance experience, or PLM scaling at high-growth companies. **Compensation & Benefits:** $155,000 - $180,000 + Bonus | RSUs | Comprehensive health/dental/vision | 401(k) match | PTO | Parental leave | Professional development | Mental health support | And more. **Crusoe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.**
