**Senior Software Engineer, Site Reliability & Security** **About WellSaid Labs** WellSaid is the leading AI voiceover studio for enterprise and professional use. Using carefully sourced voice talent and proprietary AI models, WellSaid provides ultra-realistic voices trusted by the world's biggest brands. **Your Role** As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll run our production platform and work on large-scale projects improving availability and performance of core services and data pipelines. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** • Build and run monitoring, tracing, and alerting infrastructure • Drive platform security initiatives and preventative reliability efforts • Lead incident response and recovery with root cause analysis • Maintain high availability and redundancy across our platform • Respond to alerts and participate in on-call response team • Improve deployment processes for fast, simple, and safe code changes • Deliver stable, scalable product platform for engineering teams • Handle load and scale resource-intensive applications • Help engineers write reliable code while maintaining shipping velocity **What We're Looking For** • 5+ years with modern programming languages (Golang, Typescript, Python, etc.) • Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, systems design • Cloud experience (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, Docker • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Tofu, Pulumi) • GitOps/continuous delivery tooling (ArgoCD, Spacelift, Terraform Cloud) • Kubernetes troubleshooting and debugging in complex production environments • Application and database profiling for performance optimization • UNIX shell fluency for log analysis and operational tasks • Monitoring tools experience (Grafana, Prometheus) **Requirements** • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident • Pass pre-employment background check **What We Offer** • Competitive salary and stock options • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) matching • Generous PTO and parental leave • Learning & development stipend • Home office stipend • Fully distributed, flexible work environment **Interview Process** • 50-minute intro with hiring manager • Technical screen (live or take-home) • 3-4 hour-long interviews with team members • All interviews remote via Google Meet
