Our network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe. **The Role** Lead a team of 6 engineers (mid-level to Staff) at Supplier Products, focusing on building trusted, transparent experiences for financial institutions in Plaid's ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead and develop a team of 6 engineers through goal setting, coaching, and feedback • Define and drive long-term strategy in partnership with technical and product leaders • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities, shape roadmap, and ensure high-impact delivery • Maintain high standards for technical quality and delivery velocity **Required Qualifications** • 8+ years of industry experience, including Staff-level engineering before management • 1+ years of engineering management experience • Deep experience designing scalable, reliable architectures for production systems • Track record building and growing high-performing engineering teams **What We Offer** Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), equity, and competitive pay based on experience and location. **Equal Opportunity** Plaid is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and reasonable accommodations.
