**AI Engineer, Enablement** **About LangChain** We're building the foundation for agent engineering, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents. With $125M raised at Series B, we're scaling rapidly with 100M+ monthly open source downloads and 6,000+ active LangSmith customers. **About the Team** The Enablement team helps customers build fluency with agent engineering and LangSmith through live training, workshops, and technical content. **The Role** You'll set the technical foundation for how customers learn to build reliable agents with LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, and LangSmith. You'll design and deliver hands-on workshops, create scalable enablement assets, provide technical guidance, and build internal tools to streamline team operations. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and deliver live, hands-on workshops • Create tutorials, reference implementations, and best-practice guides • Offer technical guidance and office hours • Build internal agents and tools for team efficiency • Share customer friction points with Product and Engineering • Stay current on agent engineering practices **Required Experience** • 3+ years building LLM/agent applications with agent architecture and evaluation experience • Strong Python skills; comfortable coding live in front of customers • 2+ years in technical, customer-facing roles (Enablement, Solutions Engineering, etc.) • Experience designing and delivering live workshops • Exceptional presentation and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements • Willing to travel up to 20% **Nice to Have** • Production AI agent deployment experience • LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails experience • Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, Kubernetes • TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency **Compensation & Benefits** $150-$195k + equity | Medical, dental, vision | Flexible vacation | 401(k) | Meals on in-office days
