**Fullstack Software Engineer, Agent Platform** **ABOUT MERCOR** Mercor organizes human intelligence to power the AI economy. Mercor is a profitable Series C company valued at $10 billion. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Own the agent platform end-to-end—from React frontend to backend services orchestrating agents, data, and integrations. You'll enable hundreds of internal users and dozens of enterprise clients, shipping features that are both powerful and demo-ready. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Own the agent platform across full stack (React interfaces to backend APIs) • Enable internal users and enterprise clients with reliable, polished features • Build foundational layers for new agent use cases and client configurations • Ship high-leverage product features • Collaborate with researchers, product, design, and operations **REQUIREMENTS** • 2+ years fullstack engineering experience • Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (React + Next.js) • Solid backend experience in Python and/or Node.js • Strong design sense and user empathy • Experience with complex, high-throughput systems • High ownership mindset and strong communication skills **NICE-TO-HAVES** • Agent frameworks, LLM products, or human-in-the-loop AI experience • Design systems or internal platform engineering background • AI tools, real-time data, or data visualization exposure **BENEFITS** • Bi-annual performance bonus • Generous equity (4-year vest) • Up to $15k relocation bonus • $10k proximity bonus (within 0.5 miles of office) • $1.5k monthly meals stipend • Free Equinox membership • Health, Dental, Vision insurance • Additional wellness reimbursements **LOCATION** In-person 5 days/week: San Francisco, NYC, or London
