**Senior Analytics Engineer** **About the Role** Lay the foundation for a best-in-class analytics function at Vanta. Partner with data science teams and business stakeholders to build analytics infrastructure that meets today's needs while planning for the future. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and implement complex data models for dashboards, self-serve analytics, and data science teams • Write highly tuned, scalable SQL queries for large-scale data warehouses • Enable AI tooling with semantic layers and observability • Manage and improve data infrastructure for data-driven decision-making • Develop front-end applications to expose analytical datasets enterprise-wide • Work with Product and Engineering teams to structure source systems for reporting **Required Experience** • 4+ years working with data • 2+ years in Software Engineering or related field • Proficiency with analytics tools (dbt required; Stitch/Fivetran, Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, Airflow, Dagster, Looker/Mode/Sigma) • Deep knowledge of dimensional and fact modeling • System-oriented, software engineering mindset • U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship needed) **What We're Looking For** • Passion for enabling developer experience and data accessibility • Focus on security, anonymization, and compliance in data warehousing • Curiosity about AI and sound judgment in applying it responsibly **What You'll Get** • Competitive salary and equity • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage • 16 weeks paid parental leave • Health & wellness stipend • Remote workspace stipend • 401(k) matching with immediate vesting • Flexible PTO + 80 hours sick time • 11 company-paid holidays • Offices: SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, Sydney **About Vanta** We help businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification.
