**Senior Manager - Engineering Systems AI Developer Experience** **About the Role** Lead Snowflake's AI DevEx team in transforming how code is written, reviewed, and deployed. You'll build the ecosystem powering AI-native engineers and reinvent the SDLC for the agentic era. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead, coach, and grow the ES AI DevEx team in a high-energy environment • Deliver vision and roadmap for transforming the SDLC across Snowflake • Drive measurable improvements in code review latency and developer tooling • Create golden paths for agentic codebases and ensure access to latest models • Own operational excellence: on-call health, incident response, and postmortems • Make high-quality decisions quickly in a fast-moving space **Required Qualifications** • 15+ years of software engineering experience • 5+ years leading technical engineering teams (people leadership + hands-on technical judgment) • Demonstrated hands-on experience with latest AI productivity tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Pragmatic, customer-obsessed mindset with bias for measurable impact **Nice to Have** • Developer productivity tooling experience • AI-assisted engineering workflows background • Modern CI/test platform modernization expertise **About Snowflake** Powering the era of the agentic enterprise.
