We've raised $125M at Series B and serve 6,000+ LangSmith customers, including 5 of the Fortune 10. **The Team** The Deployed Engineering team is the technical front line of our go-to-market motion. We partner with customers from first technical conversation through production rollout, owning the technical win and helping companies evaluate LangChain and deploy agents at scale. **What You'll Do** • Own the technical win—scope evaluations, design POCs, and answer deep architecture questions • Be the technical authority in architecture reviews, security discussions, and competitive evaluations • Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams • Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications • Run demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences • Advise customers on architecture, best practices, and expansion opportunities • Surface field feedback to product and build reusable POC assets • Contribute code upstream when it improves customer outcomes **What You'll Bring** • 6+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, customer engineering, software engineering, or startup product engineering • Comfort owning the technical thread in sales cycles: discovery, POCs, architecture reviews, evaluations • Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developers • Track record of taking responsibility for outcomes • Bias toward action and willingness to figure things out • Genuine interest in operating AI agents in production **Nice to Haves** • Production AI agent deployment experience (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar) • Technical number carrying or pipeline experience with sales teams • LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails experience • Cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and Kubernetes knowledge **Compensation & Benefits** $200,000–$250,000 USD OTE | Base salary, variable compensation, equity, medical/dental/vision, flexible vacation, 401(k), meals on in-office days
