**Senior Staff Software Engineer, DC Infrastructure** **About the Role:** Join Crusoe's Data Center Infrastructure Engineering team to develop software for managing GPU server fleets and data centers. You'll focus on diagnostics, observability, automation, and repair tooling for high-performance GPU compute clusters. **What You'll Do:** • Develop deep-level diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware faults in GPU racks • Create troubleshooting automation for NVIDIA (A100, H200, GB200, B200) and AMD (350X/355X) platforms • Build AI agents for component-level diagnosis and hardware remediation • Develop critical environment management tooling with data center operations • Create post-repair validation and testing tools (burn-in, PyTorch, NVIDIA NCCL) • Own deployment, monitoring, and operational support of solutions • Develop automation for facilities management, power systems, and liquid cooling hardware **What You'll Bring:** • Software engineering experience with proven ability to identify problems and ship scalable solutions • Expertise in distributed systems, reliability, and cloud platforms (Kubernetes, IaC, GCP) • Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Java, or Rust • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams **Nice to Have:** • Experience with Temporal and Kubernetes • Direct hardware vendor experience • Large-scale GPU fleet or hyperscale data center background **Compensation & Benefits:** $250,000 - $300,000 + Bonus | RSUs | Health/Dental/Vision | 401(k) match (100% up to 4%) | Paid parental leave | PTO | Tuition reimbursement | And more **Equal Opportunity Employer**
