## Crusoe — Enablement Engineer Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company, we build and operate each layer of the stack—from electrons to tokens—to power the world’s most ambitious AI workloads. We’re hiring an **Enablement Engineer** to help customers get the most out of **Crusoe Cloud**. This role can be based out of any Crusoe office and is **full-time in-office**. You’ll work across all customer accounts (not tied to a single book of business), proactively training customers on current features, new releases, and capabilities they may not yet be using. You’ll also build the enablement catalog used to onboard new customers and new employees, and serve as a bridge between **customers, product, and marketing** as the public technical voice of the platform. --- ## What You’ll Be Working On - Deliver **live training**, **webinars**, and **workshops** teaching customers how to use Crusoe Cloud features and realize value from the platform - Produce technical content: **blog posts, whitepapers, and guides** (including Kubernetes architecture and cloud infrastructure topics) - Script, record, and produce **How-To videos**, feature deep-dives, and webinar demos - Represent Crusoe at major industry events (e.g., **KubeCon**) as a speaker, evangelist, and subject matter expert (including booth engagement) - Build and maintain **reference architectures** and **sandbox examples** on GitHub showing how Crusoe Cloud integrates with the CNCF ecosystem (e.g., **ArgoCD, Rancher, KubeVirt**) - Create **Proof of Concept guides** and technical decks to help the sales team explain enterprise-grade features, and channel customer feedback to the product team to shape the roadmap --- ## What You’ll Bring to the Team - Deep understanding of **Kubernetes internals**, including API servers, namespaces, RBAC, and multi-tenancy - Hands-on experience with **virtual machines** and **private cloud infrastructure**, including compute and storage (OpenStack or KubeVirt experience valued) - Proficiency with **Infrastructure as Code** (Terraform, Helm) and major cloud providers (**AWS/EKS, Azure, or GCP**) - Background in **customer success, developer advocacy, or technical training** for an engineering/developer audience - Experience delivering **webinars, technical demos, and customer-facing training** - Ability to explain complex topics (e.g., **virtual Kubernetes clusters**) for both C-level executives and junior DevOps engineers - Comfort managing your own **content calendar** and **lab environments** in a high-growth startup environment --- ## Bonus Points - (Additional bonus criteria were not included in the provided description.)
