**GTM Senior Business Systems Analyst** **About Ramp** Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how $200B+ in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. We're hiring builders with high agency and urgency who own problems end to end. **The Role** Own Ramp's GTM systems domain end to end—roadmap, architecture, and operational health. You'll work directly with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams on mission-critical business systems projects. **Key Responsibilities** • Own GTM systems domain: roadmap, architecture decisions, operational health • Build and deploy Salesforce automation (flows, validation rules, custom objects, permission sets) • Translate business requirements into solution designs focused on business outcomes • Prioritize requests by ROI; make decisions on what gets built, deferred, or declined • Own integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, Workato • Build dashboards and data models; translate business questions into actionable reporting • Drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs • Leverage AI to accelerate flow logic, testing, documentation, and impact analysis **Required Experience** • 5+ years in business systems at fast-paced companies • Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience + HubSpot depth • Non-trivial Salesforce flows built and debugged at scale • Strong problem-framing skills; comfortable with ambiguity • Fluency translating requirements into measurable outcomes • Metric-driven prioritization approach • Multi-month project delivery with cross-team dependencies • Proficiency with AI tools for building, auditing, and documentation **Nice to Have** • Channel/marketing systems experience • Cross-functional program management • Product mindset toward internal tooling • Snowflake, Looker, or similar BI/warehouse tools • Apex or Lightning Web Components knowledge • High-growth startup or tech company experience **Benefits** (varies by location) Flexible PTO, home office equipment, wellness stipend, health insurance, 401(k)/pension, parental leave, and more.
