Founded to build intelligence that acts, H Company is creating foundational infrastructure for autonomous AI systems that drive real-world outcomes across industries. ### About the Team The **Forward Deployed Team** ensures successful implementation of our Agents—helping customers automate and optimize tasks so they can focus on what matters most. The team also shapes product vision by distilling field learnings into the H platform. The platform enables professionals and businesses to safely, easily, and autonomously deploy agents at scale for a wide range of tasks—from ensuring websites behave as expected to automating repeated work. ### Key Responsibilities - Understand and identify the customer’s most important and impactful **multi-step tasks** to automate - Seamlessly integrate with customer systems (e.g., **databases**, **third-party APIs**, internal tools) - Rapidly iterate in the field with tight feedback loops to improve product fit and deliver end-to-end solutions - Architect, build, and maintain **production-grade services** that scale with usage and complexity - Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to shape the roadmap and align on priorities ### Requirements - **3+ years** professional **AI + software engineering** experience (ideally in fast-paced environments like startups/consulting/product teams) - Experience working with **AI/ML systems**, especially integrating **LLMs** or agentic workflows into real products - Strong fluency in **Python** and familiarity with **TypeScript** - Backend familiarity (e.g., **FastAPI**, **Next.js**) and frontend familiarity (e.g., **React**), plus good UI/UX tradeoff sense - Experience building and deploying production systems: **APIs**, services, infrastructure, and/or data pipelines - Proficiency integrating third-party APIs, databases, and external systems securely and reliably - Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, customer-facing environments - Excellent written and verbal communication - **Bias for action**: ship quickly, iterate fast, and own the full lifecycle - Willingness to travel for on-site deployments/customer engagements ### Location Teams are distributed across **Paris (France)**, **London (UK)**, and the **US**.
