**Director, Infrastructure Security** **About Crusoe:** Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the future of energy-efficient AI compute. We own and operate each layer of the stack—from electrons to tokens—to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. **The Role:** As Director of Infrastructure Security, you'll define organizational strategy and lead an expanding team responsible for foundational security across our hyper-scale GPU fleet. Reporting to the Senior Director of Security Engineering, you'll own strategic vision and execution across two core pillars: Platform Security Services and Cloud Security Access & Posture Governance. **Key Responsibilities:** • **Strategic Leadership & Organizational Architecture** – Design and scale engineering domains, hire and mentor engineering managers, establish clear accountability and career paths • **Platform Security Services** – Define identity, access, and PKI strategy; drive fleet security and sensor strategy; establish hardware, firmware, and supply chain governance • **Infrastructure Security Posture & Access Governance** – Establish control plane security frameworks, champion zero-trust and IAM initiatives, oversee systemic risk mitigation **What You'll Bring:** • 10+ years progressive security engineering experience (5+ years leading multi-team organizations at hyper-scale cloud providers) • Proven success in organizational design, hiring, and building scalable team structures • Strong first-principles thinking and ability to guide senior leaders on complex architectural challenges • Broad technical depth: Linux, hypervisors, container orchestration, IAM, PKI, workload identity, hardware/network primitives • Executive stakeholder management excellence • **Required:** In-person presence in San Francisco Bay Area **Compensation & Benefits:** $285,000 - $335,000 + Bonus | RSUs | Comprehensive health/dental/vision | 401(k) match (up to 4%) | Paid parental leave | Professional development | Mental health support | Commuter benefits | And more **Crusoe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.**
