We're a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with offices in London, NYC, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin, and Seoul. **The Role** Own the full lifecycle management of our NetSuite ERP environment and drive operational excellence across financial systems. You'll: • Manage NetSuite architecture, configuration, and strategic roadmap for GL, AP, AR, Procure-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, and Consolidations • Drive end-to-end process excellence across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows • Identify and implement automation opportunities, including AI agents to replace manual processes • Establish robust operational controls, change management, and data governance for audit readiness and SOX compliance • Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and Engineering teams on system solutions • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and third-party integrations • Develop documentation, training materials, and user support processes • Monitor system performance and implement proactive security measures **You May Be a Good Fit If** • 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP administration across multiple financial modules • Deep expertise in AP, AR, GL, month-end close, and consolidation processes • Experience with AI/LLM technologies and finance automation solutions • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Excellent stakeholder management abilities • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments **Perks** $75/£75 weekly lunch stipend • Full health and dental benefits • RRSP/401K matching • 100% parental leave top-up (6 months) • Annual enrichment benefits • 6 weeks paid vacation • Co-working benefit • $500 home office stipend **Work Style** Remote-friendly with offices in Toronto, London, NYC, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin, and Seoul. **Apply Now** Cohere is committed to fair pay practices and creating an inclusive environment.
