We're building one place where knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side. **Position Details** 📅 January 25 - April 16 📍 San Francisco office (on-site required) **What You'll Achieve** • Conduct data analyses to uncover product and business improvement opportunities • Communicate insights with actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams • Work with product and business partners to advance their respective areas • Create metrics and build dashboards to monitor Notion's growth and health • Influence strategic decision-making through insights presented to leadership **Required Qualifications** • Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, CS, Natural Sciences) • Must graduate before December 2027 • Previous research or internship experience • Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis • Working towards proficiency in Python or R • Comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic environments **Key Skills** • Thoughtful problem-solving and decomposition • User-first thinking • Clear, empathetic communication • Cross-functional collaboration • AI enthusiasm and curiosity **Nice to Haves** • Previous intern experience with product, engineering, or GTM teams • Interests in art, history, or social sciences **Compensation** 💰 $55/hr (Bachelor's) | $59/hr (Master's) + equity and competitive benefits **Equal Opportunity** Notion is an equal opportunity employer.
