**Senior Analytics Engineer, GFCO Analytics** **About the Role** Build the data foundations and analytical models powering customer experience and compliance operations. Own end-to-end data models, design experiments, and apply machine learning to problems serving millions of customers. **What You'll Do** • Design, build, and maintain production data pipelines, dimensional models, and ML-powered analytics products (LLM-based contact classification, friction detection, issue attribution) • Develop self-service dashboards and AI-assisted analytics tools in Looker, Hex, or Python that reduce time-to-insight • Design and execute causal inference frameworks and quasi-experiments (A/B tests, difference-in-differences analyses) to measure CX program impact • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions • Lead deep-dive investigations using advanced statistical methods (Bayesian reasoning, time series analysis, propensity score matching) • Shape analytics engineering standards, documentation practices, and testing frameworks **Required Experience** • 5+ years in analytics engineering, data science, or data engineering with production pipeline ownership • Advanced SQL and Python proficiency for data modeling, pipeline orchestration, causal inference, and ML deployment • Demonstrated A/B testing and quasi-experimental design experience with statistical rigor • Production-grade dashboard and self-serve analytics solutions in BI tools • ML techniques applied to operational problems (classification, detection, attribution) • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight **Compensation** $180,370 – $212,200 USD base salary (varies by location). Includes equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits. **Remote-first** with quarterly in-person working sessions.
