**Senior Manager, Security Audit** **About the Role:** Lead Coinbase's global security audit portfolio covering information security, cybersecurity, and infrastructure/application security. Report to the Global Head of Internal Audit while managing a team and owning complex audits across multiple domains. **Key Responsibilities:** • Own global security audit coverage: IAM, threat detection, incident response, security architecture, cryptography/key management, vulnerability management, application security, and crypto-native security • Partner with Security Engineering, Detection & Response, and AppSec teams as cybersecurity subject matter expert • Manage and develop security auditors while leading high-complexity, high-risk engagements across jurisdictions • Synthesize technical findings into clear, risk-prioritized reports for executives and the Board • Identify emerging threats including crypto/blockchain attack vectors, AI/ML security risks, and supply chain risks • Champion security data analytics and AI tooling to modernize audit functions **Required Experience:** • 12+ years in internal audit or security engineering/operations with demonstrated leadership • Deep expertise in 2-3 areas: IAM, threat detection/SOC, incident response, security architecture, cryptography/key management, cloud security, or application security • Security certification required: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CCSK (CISA a plus) • Proven ability navigating multi-jurisdictional cybersecurity regulatory regimes • Strong communication of technical concepts to executive and Board-level audiences • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight **Compensation:** $201,365 – $236,900 USD (base salary, excludes equity and bonus) **Req ID:** #P76564 | **Remote-First**
