**Sr. Systems Analyst, Finance, Enterprise Apps** **About the Role** Join Coinbase's Enterprise Applications and Architecture team as a Senior Systems Analyst supporting financial systems. You'll serve as a subject matter expert for Zip, NetSuite, and other financial technologies, partnering with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. **Key Responsibilities** • Partner with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to implement roadmaps for Zip, Navan, NetSuite, and other financial applications • Analyze business processes, perform fit/gap analysis, and translate requirements into technical solutions • Demonstrate expertise in Zip capabilities: Source to Pay, Order to Cash, General Accounting, and Financial Reporting • Perform platform administration, maintenance, and daily support for Zip and boundary systems • Create engineering artifacts: Functional/Technical Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams, Business Architecture Diagrams • Design and build scalable solutions including customizations, workflows, integrations, and analytics/reporting • Collaborate on AI automations and agentic flows with citizen developers and engineers • Develop and execute test plans; lead integration and user acceptance testing • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues • Support business process transformation initiatives for Month End Closure and Reporting • Conduct solution walkthroughs, demos, and user training **Required Experience** • 5+ years: System administration of Source to Pay systems (Zip, Coupa, NetSuite) and finance applications • 4+ years: Hands-on configuration of Zip modules (Vendor Management, Sourcing, Procurement, Payables, Workflows, AI Agents, Reporting) • 3+ years: Large-scale implementations of Sourcing/Procurement systems and integrations (Zip AppStudio, Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi) • 1+ years: AI technologies—designing and deploying slackbots and workflow-based agents (n8n, Workato Genie) • Strong understanding of system integration principles, APIs, and enterprise integration technologies • Deep knowledge of finance processes: Sourcing, Procurement, Payables, Vendor Management, Expenses, General Accounting • Month-end accounting and financial reporting expertise • Agile methodology experience (Jira, sprint ceremonies) • Production support and incident management knowledge • Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills **Nice to Have** • Zip Certification • AI technology certification • NetSuite or Middleware experience • Passion for crypto economy and DeFi • Fintech, regulated environments, or high-growth tech company experience **Compensation** $148,835 – $175,100 USD (base salary, varies by location) Total compensation includes equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k) **About Coinbase** Remote-first company with quarterly in-person "surge" sessions.
