**Epic Application Analyst (Healthy Planet) Population Health** **Overview** Design, configure, test, and implement changes to Epic system applications. Work with Epic representatives, leadership, and subject matter experts to build solutions, manage projects, and support the implementation lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** • Perform needs assessment, design, implementation, and reporting • Facilitate workflow design with subject matter experts • Coordinate unit and integrated testing activities • Participate in change management and system deployments • Develop end-user training materials • Manage application upgrades and troubleshooting • Create reports, dashboards, and analytical tools • Maintain system documentation and change control procedures • Provide direction to junior team members • On-call rotation duties as required • Support HIS interfaces and system integration **Requirements** **Education:** • High School Diploma/GED (Required) • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or Healthcare (Preferred) **Experience:** • 3+ years IT experience supporting applications (Required) • 4+ years designing/configuring/testing Epic applications (Preferred) • 2+ years healthcare IT environment (Preferred) **Skills & Abilities:** • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent client service, communication, and presentation abilities • Independent and team-oriented in fast-paced environments • Proficiency: MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, SQL databases, PC systems • Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup procedures • Server management and software upgrade experience **Certifications:** • Epic Application Certification (Required) • Epic Health Planet, Cogito, or Ambulatory (Strongly Preferred) **Physical Demands:** Primarily desk-based; constant sitting, talking, and hearing; frequent repetitive motions and eye/hand coordination. Travel: 10%
