**iOS Engineer** | Remote | Full Time **About the Role** Careerminds is seeking an iOS Engineer to join our innovative team. This is a 100% remote position focused on designing and developing high-quality iOS applications in a user-focused environment. **Key Responsibilities** • Design and develop apps for the iOS platform • Translate UI/UX specifications into code implementation • Test apps to ensure optimal performance • Integrate apps with backend tools (cloud storage, APIs) • Create prototypes and wireframes for team feedback • Develop secure applications following the software development lifecycle • Participate in development meetings with stakeholders • Stay current with technological advances and best practices **Must-Haves** • Experience with Swift or Objective-C • Strong collaborative and communication skills • Product/project management skills (budgeting, deadline management) • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • UX/UI experience • Knowledge of Apple design principles and interface guidelines • Cybersecurity best practices familiarity • Attention to detail and user focus **Nice-to-Haves** • Experience in careers, hiring, or consumer products • Public portfolio (shipped products, open source, writing, side projects) **About Careerminds** A leader in career transition and coaching solutions, helping organizations support employees through change and enable workforce growth.
