**BI / Power Platform Engineer, Senior** **Location:** Hybrid - Joint Base Andrews, MD (up to 3 telework days/week) **Type:** Full Time **Security Clearance:** Active SECRET required **Position Summary** Nationwide IT Services is seeking a BI / Power Platform Engineer to design, build, test, deploy, optimize, and sustain enterprise dashboards, reporting products, Power Apps, and automated workflows supporting Air National Guard CDAO mission requirements. **Key Responsibilities** • Develop, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise BI dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and Advana • Translate Government requirements into functional dashboards, data models, measures, and visualizations • Design and maintain Power BI semantic models, dataflows, calculations, and refresh schedules • Design, configure, and sustain custom Microsoft Power Apps aligned to DoD UI/UX standards • Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Automate workflows with robust exception handling • Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices and perform unit testing • Collaborate with data engineers and architects for secure data access • Provide stakeholder support and technical training **Required Qualifications** • Hands-on experience developing Power BI production dashboards, semantic models, and DAX calculations • Experience building Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate workflows • Ability to translate functional requirements into analytics solutions • Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, data quality, security, and accessibility • Production troubleshooting experience • DoD/DAF security and compliance training **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience with Palantir Foundry or Advana • DoD/DAF/ANG user support experience **Compensation & Benefits** $132,000 - $175,000 annually Medical, dental, vision, life/disability insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, commuter benefits, EAP, educational reimbursement, pet insurance
