We serve thousands of patients through a value-based care model and comprehensive care team approach. **About the Role** We're seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team at a critical time for the company. You'll be responsible for ensuring Hopscotch's core IT platforms are reliable, well-operated, and continuously improving as the organization scales. You'll operate independently, lead projects end-to-end, and proactively identify improvements that strengthen clinical operations and IT system experience. **Key Responsibilities** • Own and support the full lifecycle of core IT systems across corporate and clinic environments • Manage hardware and software lifecycle, endpoint and server configuration • Administer cloud platforms and SaaS solutions, including licensing and access governance • Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) across systems • Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and operational standards • Improve reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive improvements and automation • Monitor and improve service quality using defined metrics • Drive corrective actions for recurring operational issues • Design and build internal tools and automations (AI agents, Foundry pipelines, Azure Playbooks) • Maintain clear IT standards and documentation • Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning • Provide high-quality technical support and serve as escalation point for complex issues • Use operational signals to inform prioritization and drive improvements **About You** • Business-oriented with ability to articulate needs and communicate value clearly • Data-informed and decisive in prioritization decisions • Strong technical foundation in systems administration
