**Senior Manager, Financial Systems** **About the Role** Lead end-to-end development of Affirm's financial systems landscape, including solution architecture, technical design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Own the modernization of enterprise ERP and EPM platforms while supporting global growth and scaling through technology, automation, and AI. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead enterprise architecture and technical roadmap for global ERP/EPM platforms (Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite) • Architect and deploy scalable integrations across ERP, EPM, data warehouse, HCM, and reporting platforms • Partner with VPs and Senior Directors to align priorities and establish clear roadmaps • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Accounting on technical sustainability and risk management • Own team operations, system availability, monitoring, and on-call support • Foster quality culture through code review standards and technical excellence • Develop and mentor high-performing teams **What We're Looking For** • 10+ years leading design, implementation, and operation of enterprise ERP and financial reporting platforms • Deep expertise with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar solutions • Strong integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, SQL, Python • Strong understanding of Accounting/Finance processes: P2P, R2R, O2C, financial close, consolidation, reporting, planning • Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and automated deployment • Understanding of governance, security, auditability, and internal controls in regulated environments • Proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills **Compensation & Benefits** • Base Pay Grade: O • Equity Grade: 10 • USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $220,000 - $280,000/year • USA base pay range (other states): $195,000 - $255,000/year • 100% subsidized medical, dental, vision coverage • Flexible spending wallets for tech, food, lifestyle, family forming • Competitive vacation and holiday schedules • ESPP program **Work Environment** Remote-first position.
