Since 2017, we've given over 500,000 autonomous rides to real people globally. **Job Summary** Lead coordination and execution of software releases across cross-functional engineering, validation, safety, DevOps, and deployment teams. Serve as the central point of accountability for release readiness and post-release incident response, ensuring deliverables stay aligned on scope, timing, and quality. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead end-to-end release coordination and autonomy engineering release management • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across autonomy, engineering, test, validation, safety, DevOps, product, and business teams • Drive production incident management and ensure remediation through resolution • Own hotfix and commercial fix release lanes for production issues • Establish closed-loop improvement processes from incident learnings • Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders **Required Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Computer Science, or highly technical field preferred) • 2+ years experience as an engineer or in a highly technical area • 5+ years technical project management experience including team management, planning, and risk management • Strong initiative and ability to take on challenges • Ability to clarify and document fuzzy requirements • Clear communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Understanding of software/hardware development lifecycles and test/validation complexity **Physical Requirements** • Standard office conditions: prolonged sitting, standing, and computer use • Travel: Minimal (1%-10%)
