**Insider Threat Counter Operations (ITCO) Engineer** **Role Overview** The Insider Threat Counter Operations (ITCO) team serves as Coupang's Red team for insider risk security. We proactively probe controls and processes to generate actionable insights for enterprise improvements. We're seeking a deeply technical ITCO Engineer to lead offensive simulation campaigns from our Seattle office, designing and executing realistic simulations to evaluate insider risk management posture across IT Security, DLP, IAM, SIEM, SOAR, and related controls. **What You Will Do** • Ideate, design, and execute realistic insider threat simulation campaigns with trending attack vectors • Design and execute integrity testing of technical controls for IT Security, DLP, IAM, and legal hold • Develop and enhance custom tooling and automated frameworks to scale simulation capabilities • Produce high-impact reports translating tactical findings into actionable enterprise security insights **Basic Qualifications** • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field • 6 years of experience in Security Engineering or Cybersecurity **Preferred Qualifications** • 7+ years in offensive operations, red teaming, penetration testing, or insider threat engineering • Knowledge of insider threat incidents and behavior patterns • Experience with Data Privacy, IAM, PAM, and security control frameworks • Hands-on development/scripting skills for automation and tool enhancement • Experience in large-scale e-commerce or high-growth tech environments • Familiarity with South Korean data security regulations • Fluent English and native Korean proficiency **Compensation** • Base Pay: $142,000 - $309,000/year (based on location and experience) • Annual Bonus: 0-20% of base salary • Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k) with match • 18-21 days PTO + 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave • EAP, disability coverage, commuter benefits, EV charging **Application Process** Application Review → Phone Interview → Onsite/Virtual Interview → Offer Job Requisition ID: R0078651
