**Senior Engineering Manager, Security Products** **About the Role** Lead the Identity and Integrations Products team within Security Products. This team builds foundational capabilities for integrations connecting to customer security infrastructure, enterprise identity providers, key/secrets management systems, and third-party security platforms. Combine people leadership with technical judgment to guide architecture decisions, create clarity in complex problems, and ensure services meet availability, security, and operational standards for a critical cloud platform. **What You'll Do** • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team • Set technical vision, roadmap, and execution strategy • Own service reliability and operational excellence (availability, latency, incident response, capacity planning) • Establish secure development practices and architecture reviews • Drive cross-functional collaboration across security, infrastructure, and product teams • Partner with Product Managers and customers on integration requirements • Communicate technical decisions and progress to stakeholders **What You Bring** • 5+ years managing complex functions or multiple teams with responsibility for strategy, execution, and quality • Experience running engineering operations for high-scale services (99.95%+ availability, 10K+ RPS) • Sound technical decision-making in ambiguous environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Track record delivering through ambiguity and aligning stakeholders • **On-site requirement: Sunnyvale, California (not remote)** **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience building security products for enterprise or regulated customers • Background in identity, key management, encryption, or secrets management • Experience partnering with external customers on product requirements • Experience leading greenfield products from architecture through production **First Year Success** • Build trust with team and partner organizations • Establish clear technical and execution roadmap • Improve reliability and operational maturity of critical services • Raise quality of architecture and security reviews • Hire and develop exceptional engineers **Compensation & Benefits** Base salary: $207,000–$275,000 (based on qualifications and location) Benefits include: medical/dental/vision (100% paid), life insurance, disability coverage, HSA/FSA, tuition reimbursement, ESPP, mental wellness support, parental leave, flexible PTO, 401(k) match, and catered office lunches. **Equal Opportunity** CoreWeave is an equal opportunity employer.
