Ranked among Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies (2026) and Financial Times' The Americas' Fastest-Growing Companies. **Location:** New York City (Hybrid - 3 days/week: Tue, Wed, Thu) **About the Role:** Join our Ads Engineering team to build and scale backend infrastructure powering Fubo's advertising platform. Work on business-critical distributed systems interfacing with ad-decisioning systems, video players, ad routers, and server-side ad insertion partners. No prior ad-tech experience required. **What You'll Do:** • Build and support ads engineering infrastructure and services • Drive improvements to reliability, performance, accuracy, and security • Solve distributed systems and data engineering problems • Build shared libraries, tools, and frameworks • Implement unit and integration tests • Extract and aggregate data into data warehouses • Leverage AI tools across the development lifecycle **Minimum Qualifications:** • Strong CS foundation • 3+ years delivering production-quality software • Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) • Expertise in microservices (Golang, Java, C++, or similar) • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes • Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases • Professional experience with log/metric aggregation (Datadog, Elasticsearch, Splunk) • Experience working with external stakeholders **Ideal Qualifications:** • Deep passion for distributed systems • Microservice architecture and infrastructure platform experience • Experience with LLM APIs or agentic workflows • Ad-tech or online advertising background • Familiarity with VAST, VMAP, SSAI • Experience with video ad servers (Freewheel, Publica, Google Ad Manager) • Cloud-agnostic deployment experience (GCP, AWS) **Compensation & Benefits:** • Base Salary: $160,000 - $190,000/year (NYC) • Equity plan and annual cash bonus eligibility • Health/Dental/Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, commuter benefits • Free Premium Fubo Account • Unlimited PTO • Offices in NYC, Paris, and Bangalore
