**Technical Support Engineer - Deliverability** **About the Role** Join Iterable's world-class Technical Support team as a Technical Support Engineer (TSE). You'll develop deep expertise in the Iterable platform and serve as a key escalation point for complex issues. Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve bugs, handle urgent issues, improve internal tools, and support complex data requests. **Key Responsibilities** • Become a subject matter expert on the Iterable platform and build internal tools for customer-facing teams • Serve as an internal escalation point for high-complexity support issues • Query databases to troubleshoot issues and provide data insights • Collaborate with Engineering on API integrations and custom tooling • Analyze support trends and identify efficiency improvements • Develop dashboards, automation scripts, and troubleshooting utilities • Document findings and contribute to knowledge base **Required Qualifications** • 1-3 years of technical support engineering or similar experience • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages • Strong understanding of APIs (Postman, browser dev tools, etc.) • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) • Working knowledge of DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email deliverability • Passion for automation and operational efficiency • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments **Nice to Have** • SQL experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL) • Elasticsearch or NoSQL database experience • Email, push, or SMS platform experience • Support case management tools (Jira, Zendesk) • APM tools (Datadog) **Compensation & Benefits** 💰 **Salary:** $72,000 - $112,000 USD (base) ✨ **Benefits Include:** Paid parental leave • Competitive equity & 401(k) • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance • Flexible PTO • Monthly wellness & professional development allowances • Paid sabbatical • Community impact days • Fertility & adoption assistance • Pre-tax commuter benefits • Complete laptop workstation
