**Senior Engineering Manager - Agent Experience** **About the Role** Lead engineering execution for one of Robinhood's most ambitious zero-to-one products. You'll manage a high-performing team of ~15 engineers building premium, AI-powered features for the Robinhood app's highest-value customers. This role requires comfort navigating ambiguity, close alignment with product leadership, and reliable delivery in a fast-moving environment with executive visibility. **Location:** Menlo Park, CA (5 days/week in-office) **What You'll Do** • Lead and develop a team of ~15 engineers across iOS, Android, web, backend, and LLM/AI • Partner with product managers and data scientists to define and execute the Concierge product roadmap • Drive delivery of complex, zero-to-one product features including AI-powered financial planning tools • Navigate ambiguity and priority shifts while maintaining team focus and momentum • Represent engineering in executive-level discussions, communicating progress, risks, and tradeoffs • Establish quality measures, reliability standards, and engineering best practices for high-risk, customer-facing products • Champion a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement **What You Bring** • 8+ years software engineering experience; 3+ years leading teams of 10+ • Track record leading user-facing product development (ideally consumer fintech or wealth management) • Experience building/scaling zero-to-one products with high ambiguity • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with product managers • Comfort presenting to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders • Proven ability to build and maintain service reliability on consumer-grade systems • Familiarity with LLM/AI systems or experience working alongside AI-focused teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Nice to Have** • Experience with regulated financial products or wealth management offerings • Background in both platform/infrastructure and product engineering • Experience supporting teams through organizational transitions **What We Offer** • Competitive compensation with performance bonuses, equity, and 401(k) matching • 100% paid health insurance for employees; 90% coverage for dependents • Access to Robinhood Employee Fund and AI tools • Flexible lifestyle wallet for wellness and learning • Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility and mental health benefits • Generous time off including parental leave • Catered meals and exceptional office experience Robinhood is an equal opportunity employer.
