Over 40,000 satisfied customers trust Procare's child care management solutions. **The Role** We're seeking a hands-on GTM Engineer to build and optimize systems, AI workflows, and automations powering Procare's go-to-market organization. You'll identify manual processes across the customer lifecycle and transform them into scalable technical solutions, working with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, and Finance. **What You'll Do** *AI & Automation* • Identify and automate high-impact manual processes across GTM • Design and deploy AI-powered workflows for research, enrichment, account prioritization, and forecasting • Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, low-code/no-code platforms, and scripting • Connect Salesforce and GTM platforms for end-to-end workflows • Prototype, test, measure, and iterate before scaling • Maintain data integrity, governance, documentation, and monitoring standards *Cross-Functional Partnership* • Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions • Help teams mature AI agents and automations into production-ready workflows • Measure impact against productivity, pipeline, and efficiency metrics • Educate teams on AI capabilities and drive adoption **Ideal Candidate** • 1-3 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Marketing Operations, or similar role • Hands-on experience building AI/LLM/agentic workflows • Experience with APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, or scripting • Understanding of GTM systems across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance • Strong analytical mindset with focus on measurable outcomes • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Familiarity with Salesforce, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms **Why Procare** Comprehensive benefits, 401K with match, tuition reimbursement, hybrid work (3 days/week minimum), prime downtown Denver or Atlanta location. **Salary & Location** $87,400 - $101,300/year DOE | Denver, CO or Atlanta, GA
