**Director, AI and Security Engineering** **Location:** New York City, NY **Job Duties:** Direct cross-functional engineering teams in end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise security systems. Align technical roadmaps with organizational cybersecurity goals and mentor senior engineering staff. Govern the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (S-SDLC) for mobile, API, and e-commerce platforms; oversee risk assessments, security architecture reviews, and vulnerability testing (SAST/SCA/Pen-testing). Lead multi-cloud security strategies (AWS/GCP) including Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), container security, data security, and Identity and Access Management (IAM). Architect and implement scalable security solutions for LLM and agentic AI workloads with threat mitigation strategies. Direct implementation of automated ML/AI tools within S-SDLC for vulnerability identification and mitigation. Partner with Product, Engineering, Enterprise Technology, and Legal leadership on compliance with data protection laws and security standards. **Requirements:** • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field + 8 years experience, OR Bachelor's degree + 10 years progressively responsible experience • Public cloud security (AWS/GCP): 6 years • Product/Application security: 6 years • CSPM: 5 years • Secure SDLC strategy (mobile/web/ecommerce): 2 years • Software development: 4 years • AI development/AI security: 1 year • Cybersecurity leadership/management: 5+ years **Salary:** $260,000 - $341,634 per annum **Application:** Submit resume with references to Req. #L23-144650 via https://www.onepeloton.com/careers or onlinejobpostings@onepeloton.com **Note:** Telecommuting available; some travel to Peloton offices may be required.
