**System Test Enablement Manager** **THE ROLE** Build platforms, processes, and engineering capabilities that enable reliable, data-driven manufacturing and systems testing across the entire product lifecycle. Lead a high-performing team and partner with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, and Contract Manufacturers to elevate test coverage, accelerate software delivery, and safeguard product quality. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** • **Strategic Roadmap & Execution:** Define and execute systems test enablement strategy, technology roadmap, and operating model aligned with business growth and product priorities • **Team Leadership & Enablement:** Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on test frameworks, validation automation, test infrastructure, and operational data services • **Platform & Infrastructure Evolution:** Own end-to-end evolution of scalable manufacturing test platforms, optimizing framework capabilities, testbook development, equipment configuration, and factory integration • **Software Quality & Continuous Delivery:** Drive software delivery speed and reliability through robust development workflows, CI/CD validation, release governance, and continuous test software verification • **Data Foundations & Observability:** Establish and govern manufacturing and systems test data foundations, driving single-source-of-truth ownership and actionable operational dashboards **WHAT YOU BRING** • Demonstrated track record of hiring, mentoring, and guiding high-performing software, systems, test, or manufacturing engineering teams • Technical expertise in scaling automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, validation environments, and hardware or systems test platforms • Deep understanding of manufacturing test data pipelines, APIs, databases, and data-quality practices • Proven ability to translate complex, cross-functional operational needs into clear roadmaps and measurable quality outcomes **LOCATION** Santa Clara, CA (In-office) **COMPENSATION** $170,000 – $255,000 USD annually Eligible for incentive pay and/or equity **WHAT WE OFFER** Innovation, growth opportunities, collaborative team environment, flexible time off, wellness resources, and company-sponsored events.
