**Measurement Analyst, Fusepoint** **About Power Digital:** An AI-Native Growth Firm combining world-class talent with proprietary technology to drive measurable business outcomes. We use Omega (our AI operating system) and Iris (our proprietary intelligence layer) to help brands grow through strategic thinking and enterprise intelligence. **A Day in the Life:** Manage and recommend modern measurement strategies for marketing campaigns, including statistical modeling, experiment design, customer analysis, and attribution-based measurement. Work with large datasets to identify performance insights and communicate findings to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** • Analyze large datasets using R, SQL, and Python to identify meaningful insights • Communicate findings to internal stakeholders with clear recommendations • Conduct stats-based performance forecasting • Employ AI technologies to optimize business processes • Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem **Requirements:** • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • 2+ years marketing analytics experience • Proficiency in R or Python, and SQL • Strong data visualization skills (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel) • Experience with ETL tools (Funnel.io, Fivetran) • Advanced understanding of statistical modeling, experiment design, and data infrastructure • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively **Nice to Have:** • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, or Adobe Analytics • Knowledge of ad platform reporting and data systems **Most Important Qualities:** • Creative problem-solver with strong data skills • Advanced statistical knowledge and analytical mindset *Advanced English proficiency required.
