## Pharmacovigilance Systems Database Administrator **Location:** Princeton, NJ **Type:** Full Time | Mid Level ### About the Role SystImmune is seeking a **Safety Database Administrator** to support **global pharmacovigilance (PV)** operations. This role is critical to ensuring the **integrity, security, and regulatory compliance** of safety data. You will work closely with the **Senior Director of PV Operations** and cross-functional teams to manage and optimize safety database systems. ### Key Responsibilities - **PV Database Management & Configuration** - Maintain and configure safety databases (e.g., **ArisG, Argus, or similar**) for case processing, reporting, and compliance. - **Data Integrity & Compliance** - Ensure safety data is accurate and complete (including **UAT testing**) and compliant with global PV regulations (e.g., **FDA, EMA, ICH**). - **System Integration & Automation** - Support integrations with other systems (e.g., **E2B gateways**, regulatory submission platforms, signal detection tools) and drive automation initiatives. - **User Support & Training** - Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage user access/roles. - **Reporting & Analytics** - Generate and validate safety reports, metrics, and dashboards to support PV oversight. ### Qualifications - **Bachelor’s degree** in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred) - **3+ years** of safety database administration experience in a pharmacovigilance/drug safety environment - Hands-on experience with **ArisG, Argus, or similar** safety database platforms - Strong understanding of **global PV regulations** and compliance requirements - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Experience with **system validation**, audit readiness, and documentation best practices ### Preferred Skills - Experience with **database upgrades, migrations, and enterprise-level configurations** - Familiarity with **signal detection, risk management, and regulatory reporting tools** - Knowledge of **SQL, Excel, data visualization tools**, and PV analytics platforms ### Compensation & Benefits - **Base salary range:** **$70,000 – $100,000** annually (based on qualifications/experience) - Benefits include: - **100% paid** employee premiums for medical/dental/vision - **STD, LTD** - **401(k)** with **50% match up to 3%** (vesting schedule of **5 years**) - **15 PTO days/year**, sick leave, **11 paid holidays**, and more ### Equal Opportunity Employer SystImmune is an **Equal Opportunity Employer** and welcomes diverse talent.
