Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet. **What You'll Do** • Work across teams to understand infrastructure pain points and create solutions spanning multiple domains • Define and produce high-quality written proposals, communications, and documentation • Execute technical programs requiring deep systems and engineering knowledge • Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other Technical Program Managers to define, scope, and drive large programs • Shape technical design and identify trade-offs by collaborating with engineers • Develop and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs • Elevate execution capabilities of engineering teams • Influence peers and stakeholders while managing ambiguity • Drive strategic decisions using data and acquired knowledge • Operationalize critical cross-functional programs across Core Infrastructure (Compute, Networking, Database, Services) **Requirements** • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field • 8+ years Technical Program Management experience (5+ years post-bachelor's) • 8 years: Distributed Systems, SOA, full-cycle program management, process improvements, large-scale cross-team leadership • 6 years: Core infrastructure (database, cloud compute, networking, services) • 4 years: SQL • 3 years: Data Analysis, Cloud Infrastructure, Developer Productivity/Experience **Compensation & Details** 💰 $174,637 - $260,200/year (plus potential equity, bonuses, and commissions) ⏰ 40 hours/week 🌍 100% remote 📍 Multiple positions available **Benefits**: 401(k), medical/dental/vision, wellness stipends
