This role balances new product/capability builds with emphasis on resilience and reliability. You'll manage a partner-facing product requiring collaboration with product managers and go-to-market teams. **What You'll Do** • Provide strategic direction and set technical vision for reliability, scalability, and availability of global infrastructure • Manage cross-functional collaboration with orders, supply chain, finance, and GTM teams • Mentor engineers on architecture choices and balance stakeholder requirements • Build future roadmap alongside evolving business processes • Build and lead the team through recruitment, mentoring, and leadership **What You Bring** • 4+ years managing and leading engineering teams (hiring, retention, performance) • 10+ years software engineering experience with proven technical leadership • CS/IT degree or equivalent work experience • Ability to identify and close gaps between process and tools • Proficiency in agile development and complex project management • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills • Experience with Python or Go, backend development, server-side frameworks, and databases **Nice to Have** • Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform experience • NetSuite or ERP experience • Long-term roadmap building and executive presentation experience • Platform team leadership in high-growth environments • Scalable solutions using modern cloud and DevOps practices **Compensation & Benefits** $200,000–$350,000 USD annually Comprehensive benefits include 100% employee healthcare premiums, vision/dental, HSA/FSA, mental health support, parental leave, flexible PTO, professional development stipend, wellness benefits, daily lunches, and commuter benefits. **Additional Info** Visa sponsorship available.
